| The only gripe I have about the system is how the pump regulates pressure. If you set the pump to anything less than its maximum output it will pulse the pump on/off in an attempt to maintain a lower pressure. My goal was to get around 80-90 bls out of the pump. When I was initially testing the system with the nossles pumping into a tank I was looking at the water pressure gauge while it was pulsing. The pressure would fluxuate about +-20 psi. When you look at the water comming out of the nossles you can observe a noticable pulse in the water stream. Being the anal perfectionist that I am that really bugs me. The pressure should be rock solid. You think they would find a better way to control water pressure than that. My thought was to put a flow control valve that goes back to the tank, crank the pump to max pressure, and then dial in my pressure restricting flow back to the tank. Maybe I could use an aeromotive fuel pressure reualtor to regulate pressure. If I had to do it all over again I would probably opt to ditch the variable controller. I dont turn on the WI until I hit about 12-14 lbs of boost anyway (currently running 20 bls. max boost). A simple pressure switch will probably do just fine to activate the pump. The Safe injection should be standard in all of thier kits. That thing saved my ass a couple of times. Best $99 insurance policy I ever purchased for the z :)
